If you work hard enough. Max title is 50,000 wammos taunted. Taunting can be counted as shouting at a wammo in a town to spamming "Wammo is using Mending!" at the start of a mission. I'm on 51,207. Yes it still keeps counting after you reach the max title...just for bragging rights mainly.
